Reply: First please send us your custom design, then we can give you our price according to custom size and technology. If you think our price is good, we can trade.
2. Should I pay the mold fee again after reordering the same design?
Reply: No, you don't need to pay again to reorder the design mold, we can keep your mold for about 5 years.
3. What is your custom order sample time and mass production time?
Reply: Sample time takes 6-8 days, mass production time takes 12-15 days.
4. Can you provide customized packaging?
Reply: Yes, we can also provide customized packaging, the packaging can have your own logo.
5. How do you send the order to my address?
Reply: Usually we use air express service to send you the order, such as DHL, UPS, Fedex, TNT. We can also deliver by ocean, train or truck if similar services are available in your country.
6. Is my customs duty/tax included in your quotation?
